Our Story

Established in Summer 2025 Dog Haven Boarding started as a side hustle and way to enjoy time with dogs after losing my dog Max a few years earlier. I was unable to bring myself to replace Max but missed spending time with dogs. I then met a person who told me about an app that worked like uber for pet care. I gave it a shot and had some really good success. Plus, I really enjoyed the work and the relationships I was forming with my customers. I was getting a lot of repeat bookings and became a top sitter on the site. That experience inspired me to leave my old job to care for dogs full time!

And here I ’am! I offer full care with a fully fenced acre property that your dog can play and explore on while always being supervised. We never leave dogs alone and they always have access to water indoors and out. They also have open access to the indoors or a covered kennel, their choice, if they are too hot or too cold. We also have a dog bath for when they get too muddy in the fall/winter/spring. We are now Offering drop off and pick ups as well as dog waste removal services!
